HomeCare Services

Ave Maria recognizes that there are times when home is the best place for you or your loved one.  Staying in one’s home is important to many seniors, but sometimes you may need a helping hand. Our Home Care program is designed to enhance and promote independence at home while also providing the primary caregiver assistance and respite. So whether you need Ave Maria for eight hours a day or four hours a week, our qualified staff can pro-vide companionship and assistance with varying levels of non-medical service.

Why Choose Ave Maria Home Care?

•Stringent hiring practices to best protect you and your loved one.

•Personalized approach in serving our clients and family members.

•Highly trained caregivers.

•Consistency in service and caregivers.

•No long-term commitment required.

•Participant in the Tennessee Medicaid Waiver program.

Through the addition of our Home Care program in 2006, Ave Maria can extend the walls of our community to your loved one’s home. Our program is designed to enhance and promote independence at home while also providing support to you as the primary caregiver.  The following services are provided through Home Care:

 Companion:

These are services that provide companionship and stimulation when you or your loved one should not be alone.

 Companion Services Plus:

These are non-medical services provided to individuals unable to care for themselves when there is the absence of a caregiver or need for relief of a caregiver for an undetermined period of time.
